Useful information for your stay at the Hotel Azola

To confirm a reservation we require a deposit of approximately 30% of the total cost of the stay to the following bank account:

Please specify the word ‘CAPARRA‘ (deposit) in the reason for the transfer, thank you.

Alternatively, you can give us the details of your credit card (Visa – MasterCard, Carta Sì) indicating the card number and its expiry date and enclosing a copy of your ID and a copy of the card.
In the event of a payment from a person other than the person making the reservation, we would ask you to notify us in order to avoid any misunderstandings.

Cancellation policies:

The deposit will be retained in the case of cancellations up to 14 days before the
planned date of arrival. For cancellations from 30 days to 15 days prior to arrival the amount of the deposit may be deducted from the cost of a subsequent holiday, within the current season. For cancellations more than 30 days in advance, it will be returned.
